Under the FDCPA, you have the right to dispute any debt within 30 days. Submit your dispute and we'll investigate promptly.

How Disputes Work

  2. 2Collection activity pauses while we investigate.
  3. 3We verify with the original creditor and provide documentation.
  4. 4You receive a written validation letter with the outcome.

Validation Letter Sample

You are entitled to a written validation notice showing:

  • Name of the original creditor
  • Amount owed and breakdown
  • Your right to dispute within 30 days
  • Statement that the debt will be assumed valid if undisputed
